Knowing that every foreclosure is a factor in our economy’s health, we are dedicated to helping families resolve their mortgage problem. Our goal is to help families who are financially challenged to resolve their mortgage problem in a means other than foreclosure.
This program is specifically designed for you and me to help our struggling neighbors.
For the homeowner, we provide them with the tools that will help them better understand their financial position; educate them about what options they have available to them based on their loan type; and show them the solution that best fits their financial situation. For some, that may include a tighter family budget. For others, that may include moving to a house that they can better afford. Even though we can only recommend solutions, our ultimate goal is to help each family powerfully choose their best resolution so they can prevent foreclosure and achieve a higher quality of living.
